a Meillassoux dictionary

Thanks to Peter Gratton for the offer to be a contributor to the forthcoming The Meillassoux Dictionary through EUP.  I have been assigned "the divine inexistence," and surrounding concepts.  This should be a fun project and I look forward to working on it.
